Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is a form of therapeutic intervention which allows the individual to explore their own thoughts, behaviors and experiences in a non restrictive way. This form of talk therapy allows an individual to become more aware of the unconscious thoughts that may be at work and enables an individual to explore these thoughts without a diagnostic structure or logical/progression based framework. It allows the individual to take the time to do away with logic and cognitive reasoning and to freely examine and question themselves in order to create the space for change. The individual can explore uncertainty and indecisiveness openly and at their own pace.

Psychoanalysis sees each individual person as subjective and complex, it appreciates the individual on an unconscious and conscious level. The psychoanalytic psychotherapist listens to each persons unique way of being.
